Who we are:
In Wisconsin, outdoor activities and wildlife are integral parts of our state’s identity, and hunting has always been a big part of the culture. Each year thousands of Bowhunter and gun hunters enter the woods of Wisconsin in hopes of harvesting a deer. Thermal drones have become a great tool for hunters to use to recover a deer when traditional methods fail.
The Wisconsin Deer Recovery Drone Operators network is a list of independent companies that have willingly agreed to qualify themselves to a common set of standards. The qualified firms are listed on our centralized map, where the map aims to help people find and request local operators.
The greatest value of this Network is working together. Each season the requests for deer recoveries is high, and can overload an operator at times. This qualified list helps operators trust working together and triaging calls between each other during this peak season demand, to ensure the highest quality of service can be provided to the maximum number of requests.
